Lukas is a passionate freelancer in the television industry with a wealth of experience across various roles. His expertise lies in content creation, focusing on the storytelling and structure of programs rather than the technical side. Most of his work has been in the reality TV genre, but he’s also contributed to cooking shows and reportage. His career has taken him around the world, and these travels have shaped his deep affection for Copenhagen, a city he now calls home. It’s the perfect balance of vibrant energy and a relaxed pace of life.
Before diving into the television industry, Lukas wrote articles, mostly about cycling, a sport he still follows closely. History is another passion of his, and he loves sharing that with others. His travels, and particularly his role as a guide, have given him the privilege of meeting people from all over the world, exchanging thoughts on both Copenhagen and Danish culture. These encounters have not only enriched his understanding of global cultures but also led to lasting friendships with people he’s taken on tours.
Outside of work, Lukas enjoys cycling, spending time outdoors, and working on his Spanish, though he admits he’s still a beginner. He grew up on Vesterbro, where he still feels a strong connection, but he has a soft spot for Nørrebro with its lively falafel scene, beautiful parks, and the fact that many of his friends live there.
Favorite Spot!
In the summer, Lukas has a deep love for swimming. He often finds himself drawn to either Slangen or the Harbour Bath at Islands Brygge, where he enjoys the refreshing water and the lively atmosphere. These spots have become his go-to places to unwind and soak up the summer vibes, offering him a perfect escape in the heart of Copenhagen.
