On the brink of completing his master’s degree, Oskar is our resident historian—a wealth of fascinating knowledge, intriguing facts, and captivating anecdotes. For him, no two days as a guide are ever the same, and that’s precisely what makes the experience so special. Meeting a diverse array of people from all corners of the world, he thrives on engaging discussions and enjoys hearing different perspectives on Denmark and beyond. One thing is certain: joining Oskar on a tour promises lively conversations spanning a multitude of topics.
Outside of guiding, Oskar is a passionate musician, playing in several bands. His talent for storytelling extends beyond the historic streets of Copenhagen—he brings the same narrative flair into his music and songwriting.
Having spent most of his life in the vibrant neighborhood of Amager, Oskar is a true Copenhagen local. Naturally, his preferred mode of transport is his bicycle, and it’s not uncommon to spot him weaving through the city’s bike lanes at impressive speed. In fact, he enjoys long-distance rides just for fun and sport!
Favorite Spot!
One of Oskar’s favorite areas to showcase is Nørrebro—an eclectic and multicultural hub teeming with energy. Over the years, he has gathered countless fond memories from its many trendy, characterful bars. To him, nothing quite compares to spending an evening in great company, enjoying a few cold beers—especially during the magical Copenhagen summer!
